Al Wolf is a German Braumeister. He graduated from the Meisterschule in 2003 in Ulm/ Germany. Al and his family always wanted to come to the United States to live their American Dream. Leaving everything behind, they left good old Germany in October 2009 and moved to Whitsett, North Carolina to start a new life.
Beer is an important part in German food culture. Enjoying a cool beer in a Biergarten is as important for a delightful day as great food in good company. The best combination yet is a Bratwurst with mustard and a fresh beer from tap. Al wanted to have the perfect mustard that matches the beer. And that was the beginning of Brewmaster’s Malt Mustard.
